Great for extended video use or music
If you use the HTC for music or video on public transport, especially with headphones then you NEED ONE!
It's definitely worth the investment:
1: it gives you twice the power you would normally have
2: the battery fits nicely into my wallet as backup
3: it's a very compact battery
4: it's at a very reasonable price
5: it already came 50% charged so only needed an hour or so to max it up.

Does the job
I bought an extended life battery for my phone and sent it back 5 minutes later. I would have sent it back 5 minutes earlier but it took me that long to get over the shock of just how hideous the extended batteries make your phone. I'm much happier with the original battery. Of course it doesn't last as long as the chunky extended life ones but that's why I have a spare. As the phone can charge from mains or USB then unless you're planning to be on a desert island then this battery should be fine. Only got 3 stars because it's no improvement over the one you get with the phone (obviously, as it's the same model) and if the original was a 5 star battery you probably wouldn't need a spare.
